[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Balance not reflecting in wallet after number change | |||||
Hello My account with phone number [protected] with mail id [protected]@gmail.com for FreeCharge contain wallet balance of 433 .Then I changed the number to [protected] after changing the number the wallet balance is not reflecting in new account .And even I tried to login my previous account and I am unable to do so. It's a long time I am facing this issue and I have complained coustmer care but I didn't receive satisfying response from them. So please assist asap.
