Hi team, I had paid electricity bill for msedc - maharastra power distribution ltd of rs. 1240 through freecharge. please find below recharge invoice detail. Payment receiptfreecharge.in - recharge made free Order id : fcem[protected] Payment date :[protected] Account number :[protected] S. no particular amount 1. bill amount rs. 1240.0 2. coupon charges rs. 0.0 Total amount rs. 1240.0 After successful transaction, i received below two messages on mobile from freecharge team. "payment for rs.1240 for msedc[protected] done successfully. for queries, contact biller with reference no. frc[protected] after 3 business days. more offers: http://frch.in/of" "dear shiva, we noticed that your transaction of rs.1240.0 for msedc - maharastra power distribution ltd was not completed." Then from 8th sept 2016, i have continously taking follow up with freecharge team on [protected]@freecharge.com having service request number 4198440. but i have received same reply from feecharge team that amount will automatically paid to your account after 5-7 business days. still i haven't received money back to my account. However their customer support number is either not valid or always busy, hence just waste of time. the money is deducted from my account and still not paid according to the site. As per our records the transaction was successful and the service provider has confirmed the same with the reference ID FRC[protected]. In case the payment is not updated in service provider portal, the payment will be updated in your next bill.
