[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — I dint get my money back | |||||
I tried to book bus tickets at redbus dated 20.10.16 with order id 5516547_1 through fc, due to some error tickets nt confirmed but money 986 rupees deducted from my fc account, till than nw i didnt get my money back in my freecharge account nd freecharge customare care nt picking my call...i tried to call them many times.I talk with Redbus customare care no .. they confirmed that they transfered my money with reference no. 5516547 in my Freecharge account named [protected]@yahoo.com so clear it to me where is my money because there is no money in my account till than now.
