I tried to make a payment for my electricity bill Order Id : FCEW[protected] and the amount of 520 got deducted from my Bank account however its not reflecting on BSES website Its been 3 Days now . Not getting satisfactory response or refund from freecharge . Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Aug 20, 2016 Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in Customer Care's response We regret for the inconvenience caused during your transaction with us (order ID FCEW[protected]).As per our records the transaction was successful and the service provider has confirmed the same with the reference ID FRC[protected]. In case the payment is not updated in service provider portal, the payment will be updated in your next bill. Alternatively, you can also contact the service provider to confirm the same by providing the reference ID FRC[protected]. | |||||
