I recharged my mobile no. [protected] of BSNL operator by Rs100 but wrongly I selected idea as operator and msg came that recharge becomes successful. Niether Recharge was received nor money refunded to wallet. I don't know how the msg came that recharge is successful as the operator selected was wrong of the said mobile number [protected]. As per our records the transaction with order ID FCVM[protected] is successful against the operator ID [protected], however there are a few exceptional cases where the operator reverses a transaction status after 48 hours from the time of the transaction. The final status update from the operator’s end may take 1-2 days at times. We are, however, constantly working with the operators to reduce this time delay and will automatically reverse the money to your FreeCharge Credits if the transaction fails.
