[Resolved] FreeCharge — Payments details | |||||
Hi, I made my bescom payments through FREECHARGE but next day i receive a SMS from freecharge stating that i have not paid my electricity bill and when i try to call the customer care of freecharge it is either busy or no body receives a call. I had also sent a email for which i did not receive a response. This is very bad service i have ever seen and would never recommend my friends to do the payment from freecharge as customer service is pathetic.
