FreeCharge — Refund amount not processed

FCVA[protected] with ref to the mentioned transaction id my recharge transaction was failed on 24Oct and the process of my refund to my wallet was not yet by the freerecharge interns of sending mails not care about anything and also no respond to them. Kindly take some action about this issue
