Freecharge.in / Accelyst Solutions — Amount deducted from my account but bill not yet paid | |||
I m user of freecharge app.I paid the landline bill of amount 508rs on 06/04/2016 at 3.10 pm.The amount is deducted from my credit card.But the landline bill till not paid.I requested many times to freecharge users.They told wait for 72 hours.But now 72 hours also completed.I requested now also to please pay my bill but till now landline bill is not paid.So please help me to solve my problem.So please tell him either pay my bill or refund the amount in my account.
