Hey, i have freecharge account. my mobile number is [protected]. I paid electricity bill it showed successfull paid by freecharge and bank also accepted successfull payment done. but the biller said he didn't received any money. so plz check the issue. bill details are as follows:- FCEC[protected], Sun Jan 17 2016, 04:12:08 PM ₹791
