Freecharge.in / Accelyst Solutions — Repeated transaction failure and very slow refund procedure | |||||
I have suffered failed transactions on several occasions. On the first occasion, FreeCharge took a week to resolve my issue. On the second occasion, I had to write a mail to get the transaction completed. If left to them, there is no guarantee of any failed transactions being completed. No compensation for monetary loss suffered by me on the process. Very poor service Was this information helpful? | |||||
