Freecharge.in — Balence not recived yet

Not received BalenceHi all, I was very Regular customer of the Freecharge. But now a days they are doing Fraud.They take the balance and not Recharge on your account.I do approx RS 1000 recharge each month.But now i found two cases they take money and not recharge 1.Order ID : FCVM[protected] Date : 04-Mar-2015(They not refund Yet. What i understand they are doing really fraud) 2.Order ID : FCVW[protected]Date : 28-Mar-2015(I emailed him.They are saying i will refund in few hours.But still they not do)Please check it. and let me know
