[Resolved] Freecharge.in — Freecharge.com: Cashback not received | |||
I have a freecharge account. I had created a new account and used it for the 1st time using coupon for (Rs. 50 cashback on recharge of Rs. 10). For this transaction I have not received the cashback of Rs. 50. The order ID is FCVA[protected]. Freecharge is cheating its customers via fake offers wherein after the coupon is applied, the app approves for the cashback, but later it is not credited. Was this information helpful? | |||
