Freecharge.in — regarding deduction of cash from my net banking, but your site have not refunded me amount of 700

R/SIR/MADAM i had tried to recharge my mobile no.[protected] on 22/7/14 through my freecharge login id i.e rome.[protected]@gmail.com, for the first time during my first try 700 hundred was deducted from my account with transaction id no.POS 846829 but my mobile no. was not recharged and the same amount has not been refunded or deposited in my account/credit so far, please check through my freecharge id and refund me my 700 rupees
