I have ordered a sofa bed from furniture Mart India on April 14 . The product was of sub standard quality, wrong colour, broken latches, torn fabric, wrong attachments over that the company is not ready to exchange or refund the money . Mails are not replied, phone calls are not taken and not responded irrespective of calling many times a day . They sell bad quality and cheap products which is not worth the money . They are not good with customers to provide the promised product . They are not responsive to the calls or mails . I would suggest never buy any product from this website as you will disappoint your self badly .it's since two months No solution for my purchased product. Infact I had sent a legal notice also and the same was returned as address is not valid. This a a fraud company Anil K Makhija Was this information helpful? | 
Is someone taking action against them ? Maybe we need to file a police complaint against them.
