I bought an online Dell Laptop from Gadgetsguru.com, However due to personal reason cancel the order before even it was shipped to me. i was promise refund from the Customer Care however after that i never received any email or the product or any phone call from them.

Nor i received the refund as its still doesn't reflect in my Credit Card Statement.

I booked one item in gadgetsguru.in on 6th Nov-11 and also transferred amount by internet banking. A mail is received from there, confirming the receipt of payment. But the product is not delivered. One mail is also written to them, but no response.

I made the order on 26th March, and the payment of 4200/- was confirmed by the gadgetsguru.com staff. The staff was extremely prompt in their responses until the payment was made. Since then, i have been waiting for my order and sent several email queries. All queries are being ignored and customer care guys are being extremely rude and indifferent. This is not a good site for shopping. I seriously regret my decision of going with this site...
