Bharat Petroleum Corpn. Ltd. — bharat petroleum corpn. ltd. petrol pump

I own a Honda activa which I had purchased 2 months ago.. and the fuel tank capacity of the scooty is 5.3 litres of petrol, bt every time when I fill it up the level of fuel reaches upto 6.1 so I inquired about the issue to the staff of the petrolpump and he said me that may b the tank capacity is more than 5.3 .. so to cnfrm it I inquired about it 2 the service station of Honda in which tthey said me that it is impossible .. so I would like u 2 plz look into the matter .. this time I have also taken a reciept from the pump in which my vechile num and the Amt of fuel in mentioned that is 6.03 as I had a bit of fuel earlier in it .
