[Resolved]  GATE-2015 — REFUND OF EXTRA PAYMENT

Sir, my payment on 14th October failed twice and 3000 was debited from my account. No refund is made till date. I am attesting the ref no. of both of my payment.I have written many mails to GATE IIT Kanpur but I have not received any reply regarding any of my mails. They don't even answer their phone.
