[Resolved]  GATE-2015 — ONLINE TRANSACTION FAILED AND MONEY NOT REFUNDED

Sir, I C.BHASKAR, Studying B-Tech 4th year in CVSR College of Engineering, Hyderabad, Telangana. I was a Gate aspirant and had applied for Gate 2015 to fulfill the dream of studying in NITS and IIT's. I had applied for Gate 2015 on[protected] at 08:47:43 am through SBH Online Payment of My friend account named K.YASHWANTH REDDY .But the transcation had been failed and asked me to pay money again .So, i had made payment again through debit card. I Had made Complaint a SBH branch and after verification by them they responded me saying that yur transaction was sucess and money had dropped in to the Account of IIT KANPUR and u can make quires with them. I had mailed to IIT kanpur and even call to all the 3 numbers provided in IIT Kanpur website.But they never responded . Even a IIT Kanpur, one of top most universities are not responding and made every people to have sorrow upon losing money. So, i make a sincere plea to refund my money as early as possible and i would me very much grantful to u . I am also having same issue..An amount was deducted 4 times in my account.i sent so many mail to IIT kanpur.they didn't respond.It has been already one month whether it takes one month to initiate a refund.
Please action as soon as possible.
Its Very urgent.
I had applied online and paid through Axis bank net banking for the application of my brother.When I paid for my brother, the status was showing "Make payment".As per instructions on your website if such a situation arises we must pay again.Our extra money will be returned to us within 72 hours.But till this date I have not received the money deducted from my account 2 times. I had tried from myfriend's account also similarly and the money was deducted 2 times from her account also due to technical issues.Total amount (6060).Kindly look into the matter.I have attached a file that shows the money deducted on 14/9/14.
I had also tried to call the IIT Kanpur authorities, but they didnt answer properly.It has been already one month whether it takes one month to intiate a refund.
Please action as soon as possible.

I did payment on 14th october, 2015 with SBI debit card (Name of card holder :AATIF OMAIR). It has been more than 10 days that i have not received my extra charged amount Rs 1500/- .It has been a month but it seems top instt like IIT Kanpur also sitting dumb and not refunding my money.Never expected this from such institutes.

I, kindly request for your response for my complaint and refund back money as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

I have applied for GATE 2015 and my Enrollment ID is G451H46. I have made payment using my standard chartered debit card, the money got debited and the transaction was unsuccessful. So I have made the payment again using the same debit card and the transaction was successful.

I did not get my refund amount Rs. 750/-

I have made transaction on 14/10/2014 and I did not receive any refund till now.

I have contacted IIT Kanpur through phone and email, they neither responded my email nor picked up my call. It shows their irresponsible interest to the GATE Applicants.

Please refund my amount asap.

Note: I have also registered a complaint in complaint board.

IIT Kanpur sucks.Not replying to mails not even bother to pick up call. They have given rise to scam by not refunding the extra payment amount. These idoits should remember that it is someones hard earned money.
We should all come together and raise our voice against IIT Kanpur. We should all report this matter to court.
