I am one of the Oldest buyers of G broadband service when they have newly come into the market and has set up their services in BTM 2nd stage. In all these years I had so many issues with them but I just like other common man use to adjust with their intermittent issues, no services for days even after informing and used to live with the wait and hope that now or then their internet will be back. But after all these lying soberly attitude of mine towards them and to their service finally one day i.e, 30/07/2016 I have called them and their IVR has informed that it's acknowledged and you will be getting a callback.
After no call back for days finally I went to their office to report the issue, to which they have responded and send some technician who was a teen and he was working on my router and on my system to set up the connection but failed and said that the router is the issue, later they took the router with them to investigate instead o[censored]sing the LAN where they can know the actual issue. The next day again the same happened where I called their service number, IVR acknowledged and nobody followed thereafter.
I again went to the office asking for the solution where they said that we have checked your router and your router is at fault. I got irate after all the initiative, follow-up where the G Broadband associates hardly acknowledged any of my concern and requests .
When I questioned them on their customer service on this issue and all the other issue where they have never responded even when responded it was delayed to extream. They have proved this point by sending someone on 2/08/2016 to show that we can show you that the LAN or their cab internet is running fine because the session has expired that day and please recharge to show you that we were right.
If this is what they have to prove why they can't connect the cable wire and showed it to me.
It has hurt me to the core and I can't live with the response they have given to the customer like me who have never reacted on any of their issues by now in all these years.
They have provoked a customer, make them sacrificed their work life to find out time for the follow-up with G broadband/ Gatik buisness solution because they do not have customer service in their service dictionary. Was this information helpful? |
