There was no internet connection since 20th march 4pm till 21st march 11am.. And after that it was working fine. During this period the customer was not reachable and and the complaint tickets were also ignored. I received a call from an executive saying your account has to be recharged by 24th march, and when i told the executive about the issues i'm faving she told she will look into it. I received proper internet on 23rd and so i renewed the account on 24th march 12am and then there is no internet connection since then. Gazon communications is not reachable via any mode of communication.. No calls, no emails no tickets are being answered. Now in the time of need when everyone is working from home and there is a national lockdown, we are helpless and gazon communications is taking advantage of the situation.
