Gazon Communications — Pathetic Customer Care Service , Unethical Behavior , Poor Standards | |||||
Client ID : prateesh_shb404 Date of the incident : 15 Oct, 2016 Complaint Desc: No compensation for the poor and faulty services by Gazon Gazon Communication Broadband services were impacted for over 3-4 weeks of time from later half of Sep'16, the total outage was more than 2 weeks . There were no updates on the ETA or service restoration. It took more than 2 weeks for Gazon Communication to identify and resolve the issue. No Compliant ID#'s were provided to any of the Gazon customers intentionally during the period against the compliant calls to customer care. No compensation has been yet provided despite visiting the Gazon Office in person to meet the concerned officials after no response against more than 10 calls to Customer Care Services and more than 7-8 communication mails to concerned department officials. When met personally on 10th Oct'16, Gazon offcier promised to respond on next day with update on compensation. But, there was no response . I have called the offcier 2-3 times again on the mobile number proovided to me with no respone . On 18th Oct when I called again, Gazon Officer requested that the extension can be provided only if I renew my services . I did made the payment with heavy heart on 18th Oct, but havent received any updates yet . Attached mails for reference . Officers are very irresponsible, have no understanding of their duty and don't know the importance of customer service.
