[Resolved]  Genesis Mart — Fraud calls

Got a call from [protected] saying my card has been selected for some gifts due to good history by ICICI bank and asked me to tell card color and card name.
Then called again and asked card name and color and transferred to so called higher executive and told about free gifts offer and told its free and that they are transferoring call to ICICI IVR but transferred to Genesis service provider [protected] who guided parallely to generate card otp from 5676766 and send it with all card details to IVR no +[protected]. So captured all card details and used it to deduct 7870 rupees from account.

Now when I am calling them they are saying they have done all this with my consent and Bank consent so its a valid thing.
But they started all these things by saying that they are from ICICI bank and IVR will not capture details since its authorised by ICICI bank.
So they are fraudsters and the the transaction is legally not done by me. That is done by other.

There other numbers of this Genesis service provider are: [protected], [protected].

When I called back to first number it was not available and other from other numbers they called and tried convincing me that they are genuine.

So please make people cautious of number: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].
Please register these numbers in fraud numbers.
Also make people aware that that bank never calls as IVR. I was not aware of this.

My friend also received a fake call from. [protected] today.On Yesterday call from [protected]. They asking the detail of credit card name and color and saying same things which mention above .My friend not giving details but last few days multiple calls come regarding these.
