[Resolved] Genesis Mart — Fraudulent company | |||
I received call from [protected] and[protected] on 14 june 17, this company genesis mart called me and told that they are calling from hdfc bank credit card and they are sending me gifts packs & offers like discount deals cards etc etc so to activate the same, to get and activate the offers, they asked me to make payment and you will pay the money with the ivr and 8250 amount got deducted from my credit card. Please let me know how can i claim my money and should i offer the kit which i wl receive after 1 week. Please help me what to do??? Was this information helpful? | |||
Jun 15, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I got a call today itself and after my amount got deducted I called up HDFC to confirm if Genasis Mart are their service providers and they said No.
They immediately blocked my credit card and HV raised a ticket with despute team.
Till now I haven't received any mail from them.
I HV already given service providers no. 9212120507, 011 49093991 and 011 47512080.
Please help me what should I do, is it genus or really fake.
