On 19th of august i got a call stating of this offer before i start let me be very clear with you i was not at all interested in those benefits but on the 1st attempt of call from genisismart i said no but a lady manisha forced me i didn't agree i clearly told her that i have no plans of holiday for coming two years then also she transfer call to mr. Rakesh who was after me. I told him that it is raining so give me call later but i think he ignored client just for his target, so i disconnect line then mr anil came and he also forced me he asked me do payment via online which didn't worked out then he asked me my credit card number and cvv no. Now at this point denied but he said not to worry on other side i had some pending work and same way i also want to finish call
1) i was told that 8420 is charge just for holiday vouchers only rest of the other benefits are free
2) i was told that i can activate the transdeal card and i can use it in any supermarkets such as bb..., but surprisingly transdeal csr told me for big bazar and any other supermarket i have to purchase coupon
3) most imp. It was raining heavily and the voice was not that audibly to me which that they took advantage
In short your staff has cheated me, which is spoiling the name of your prestigious organisation.
