[Resolved]  Getitbazaar.com — Not received the refund yet

I have placed and order in getitBazaar.com on 1st December 2013. Order ID:[protected] Product Name: Kaff N 604 BG 4 Burner Cooktop Product Price: 11, 000/- I did the payment of 11, 000/- through credit card. After a week that is on 6ht December 2013, I received an email saying "We are really sorry for the inconvenience, your order has been cancelled due to stock. Kindly share the below mentioned details for refund". and on next day that is on 7th December 2013, I have provided my bank details. after that I received an email on the same day saying "Thank you for sharing the detail, it has be forwarded to concern team and refund will be done within 12-15 working days" That's all, after this I did not receive any email or call regarding the refund. Whenever I call getitBazaar.com, they say I wil be getting call from backend team within 24 hours and I never got a call till now. not even when I placed an order. I never faced this issue shopping online other than getitBazaar.com. I request here to please help me to get the refund as soon as possible. And I personally feel that getitBazaar.com is not the secure place to shop online because, There is no way to track your order, there is will not be any account created for you separately (like we get separate account in Flipkart, mytra, etc) . So friends, please be very careful before you do any business with getitBazaar.com. Regards Krishna Tungal
