Getitbazaar.com — Product replacement required as i ordered a combo of 5 but got only 4

Hi, I have ordered a product "Ladies Panties Combo of 5", Product ID : AB1065153 from Askmebazaar.com.I received the product, it was COD. I paid the full amount, however when I opened the product, instead of 5 panties, tehre were only 4 inside it. I called up the customer care and registered the complaint with them, (complaint ID : QRC114880) on 16th Feb, 2015. MOreover, i dropped an email to the helpdesk, registered my issue in the support of askmebazaar.com. However, no action has been taken yet. I have followed up the customer care multiple times, but still no update on the same.I request you to either get my product replaced ASAP or give me my full money back.I am really tired of following up with Askmebazaar and their false promises. Each time I call customer care, they say "we will arrange a call for u"...but nothing has been done uptill now.RegardsNusrath Hussain
