We travelled to kerala with ghumlo india.
We asked them to book a hotel at thekkady but they booked a sharing home stay. We have paid them money for room with breakfast, but they have booked only room. They have charged 1500 rupee extra for flower bed decoration which doesn't cost more than 100 rupee. The mistake i have done is, even though i have seen bad reviews regarding ghumlo india, i felt good with the words they told and trusted them.
