I sent back a tin of defective gel describing the problem with photos and video. After much argument, where i was told "if you don't like our products, then don't use them" and "you have crossed the limit of complaints that we receive from the market", when i did not relent, a replacement was sent to me.
On trying to use the replacement, i was shocked to find that it was the same defective tin with the same markings and the same problem that has been sent back to me.
