I sent back a tin of defective gel describing the problem with photos and video. After much argument, where i was told "if you don't like our products, then don't use them" and "you have crossed the limit of complaints that we receive from the market", when i did not relent, a replacement was sent to me.
On trying to use the replacement, i was shocked to find that it was the same defective tin with the same markings and the same problem...

Recently I purchased Gillette Turbo Sensitive Skin Shave Gel from Big Bazar from Shipra Mall in Indrapuram, Ghaziabad. The retail price was 280 INR. I recently bought a gillette series shaving gel from the powai Dmart. Being from a reputed brand and being so costly i expected it to do wonders but when I pressed the nozzle for the gel instead of the gel coming out of the nozzle started to come out from the area where the nozzle is placed but not from the nozzle.
