Giordano — Not working

Im from Delhi and have done the same mistake all the other people here have done. I bought a Giordano watch and am very upset that the watch stopped working on me. Have been chasing the 'Authorised dealers' but all they do is say that they can't help and advise to go to a different authorised dealer. This is what the people in The Great India Place, Noida Sec - 18 said to me and asked now asked me to go the Saket. Don't have an option. spent a lot of money on it, will have to chase. The authorised dealers from Giordano don't treat their customers well and guess they should stop doing business here in India. Don't know what I'm supposed to do except suggestion, rather bewaring, friend & families not to go for Giordano. [Should have bought a Titan]
