I bought Giordano watch 6months ago from Amazon. But it stopped working now and rose gold metal strap color is faded. It looks like I got a fake watch...

I had recently purchased a giordano watch (Model no. R121-144) from lifestyle store (Bund garden road, pune, india). The watch looked perfect until the first few weeks, after which the screws which hold the dial and strap together became loose and the outer layer of the strap got peeled off. I got the watch replaced from an authorised store in raipur (New trends enterprises - gf05, ground floor, magneto the mall, labhandi, raipur) but unfortunately...

I purchased wrist watch "giordano premier" model p105-9-04 on 06/08/2017 with 2 year international warranty.
The product is not working and need repair. I tried to contact customer care but unable to get response from the company. I tried email as well but also no response in 5 days.

If the company has the service center in mumbai? If yes what is the call center number and address so that we can contact prior...

Worked fine but one day i was wearing the watch and suddenly the stitches from the strap came off. There was no pressure on the watch, no pulling or anything of sorts, i was just sitting on my sofa.

So i went back to shoppers stop on 1/12/2017 and gave them the watch, they said it will take 45 days to repair...

i have purchased giordano watch from jabong.com it is having 2 year warranty ,i have registered it on website given to me but i dont know where should i claim it.
my watch is water resistant but water is penetrating inside it..! so i am afraid of future problems.
