I had recently purchased a giordano watch (Model no. R121-144) from lifestyle store (Bund garden road, pune, india). The watch looked perfect until the first few weeks, after which the screws which hold the dial and strap together became loose and the outer layer of the strap got peeled off. I got the watch replaced from an authorised store in raipur (New trends enterprises - gf05, ground floor, magneto the mall, labhandi, raipur) but unfortunately i have received a new watch which looks worse, like a duplicate copy. The ink which has been used to write days, dates and hours has faded unevenly in the chronograph. I literally feel ashamed to own a giordano watch now. What are you trying to prove to the world by degrading the quality of your watches. If i shell good amount of money, i expect that i get a good product but this isn’t the case here. I’m happy to share photographs of the watch, warranty card and/or bill. Kindly arrange a new watch or refund me the amount.
