[Resolved]  Giriraj Motors Pvt Ltd — Bad after sales service - No transparency in their dealing

We have a Skoda Laura CHO1AA 4878. The car met with an accident against a service road divider near Sec 48 Gurgaon. The car is covered by Magma HDI insurance. After the accident the car was promptly sent to Giriraj Motors JMD Pacific Square, Behind 32nd Milestone, Gurgaon Sector-15 Part 2, Gurgaon - 122001 for repairs! The Insurance company surveyed the damage and Giriraj Motors began repairs. Giriraj Motors told us (verbally) that the estimated cost of repairs would be Rs 1.2 Lakh, which the insurance would cover. The car was with them for 1 and a half months after which they drop a bomb on us saying that the total amount is 3 Lakhs out of which the insurance only covers 1.4 L, the remaining 1.6 L has to be paid by us. Where is the approval ? Where is the estimate ? How can we be charged all this amount without us even knowing ! On top of this all we are being treated very poorly. There is no one listening to us. It's a harrowing situation !
