Go-Air — not given boarding ticket

Good morning i havent given the boarding pass as i reached 45 min before the flight take off... I requested them a lot but they were not ready to respond. I told them to provide me another flight in that case but still they never respond.
Every thing was done earlier even the seat booking.
It seems like the general case that has been happening over recent months where they prebook the seats and then when the flight is extremely full they say that their gates are closed before the scheduled time.

Please sir take it seriously and please provide me my refund m
