My tickets were confirmed fon the 26th october 2020 from bangalore to portblair. The flight got cancelled and the intimation was sent on the 23rd october 2020 . ust 3 days before the departure which should have been atleast a week according to the guidelines...

Good morning i havent given the boarding pass as i reached 45 min before the flight take off... I requested them a lot but they were not ready to respond. I told them to provide me another flight in that case but still they never respond.
Every thing was done earlier even the seat booking.

Go air one of the worst airline I have ever seen.
My wife was travelling Pune to Lucknow.there was connecting flight from Delhi.
Pune-Delhi flight landed 40min late in delhi.So for connecting flight it was 2:20Pm to report on gate.My wife reached 2:25Pm on gate.They have not allowed to board.
When I have check status of flight on go air site . The flight have take off 2:45pm while it was schedule 2:50pm....

we 2 friends arrived at mumbai air port terminal 1B on 22feb, 2008 at 4.00 am. Our flight was at 6.25 am to hyderabad, but in the airport, ther was no display in tv monitor and above the boarding pass issueing counter, regarding this hyd flight & the go-air personals also not aware about this flight departure, by the by while waiting to listen the announcement for this flight and seaching for this go-air station manager it was time 5.55...
