Dear sir,
I ordered a product from go colors.

They sent me the defected product. I asked them for return and gave my account details for cash back. They confirmed the received status of the product, but they are not initiating any refund to my account against my repeated complaints. Their customer support is also very annoying. Kindly help me out.
