My Godrej/Appliancce Application form No. 2054883 Bhubaneswar Center Odisha . Smt.Kabita Panda purchased one Washing Machine with Bajaj finserve which was delivered on 29.10.2016 to my house without Gift Item Portico bed sheet (as it was on News Paper advertisement ) stating by your staff that Bed sheets are out of stock at present and will be supplied shortly but till date[protected] the bed sheet has not been delivered to me and on several contact with Sales Office Bhubaneswar over telephone only assurance is given by them that Gift Item will be supplied shortly or stock are not at present. Hence I request your good office to look into the matter & Gift Item may kindly be arranged for early delivered to me as it is being delayed too much.
