Godrej Lock — Regarding godrej vertibolt lock installation delay more than 48 hours | |||||
Hi, I have purchased a godrej vertibolt lock system on 18th Sept'2015 and I called the customer care for the free installation. I have tried many times both customer care and the so called agency for installing the lock at my house but no result. Its going to be 24th Sept 2015, almost 7 days passed away still no body called me for installation. I am frustrated with calling the customer care and the agency ( so called Swastik Agency) for the installation of Godrej Vertibolt lock. Complaint Ticker - Y[protected] Please kindly let me know what to do in this regard. In future I will recommend not to purchase this godrej products. They are very bad at service. Very bad.
