Godrej Natures Basket — I am complaining about the office hours of employees.

I am one of the family member o[censored]r employee. Does nature's basket provide over time for there onroll employees. They asked there employee to work for more than 12 hours. Also they don't all them to take any leaves.. If godrej provide such a pathetic facility to their employees how they provide quality to the customer. I am confused that their employees are really go to their house or stay in office.? Don't they have any personal life.? Do they have to work more than 12 hours everyday day with pay of only 9 hours.?
