I had booked flight G8-74 from Phuket to Mumbai via Delhi for me and my family, for 6-July-2023 throung makemytrip(MMT).
The Booking ID: NN28QTLKY3224H6A9729, (Booked on 04 April 2023). PNR- EDUT2H.
The flight was cancelled due to operational challenges.
The refunud was promised to me within one month by MMT and GoFirst airline. Over 4 months have passed but I have not received the refund. I am regularly havin followup with MMT and GoFirst, they both are only promising but there is no action.
It is my hardearned money and I am retired person so please refund. Was this information helpful? |
