[Resolved] Goibibo — Airfare yet not refunded (Cancelled on 23rd november 2015)

I have cancelled my flight ticket on 23rd november 2015.
My flight fare was 7727INR for which goair deducted 4229/-. So the balance amount is 3498 rs which they have transfered to goibibo which goibibo have yet not transfered to me. I have mailed twice regarding this issue on mail id GANESH.[protected]@IBIBOGROUP.COM given on the receipt of cancellation i have.
Please look into this matter.

Updated by jay1357 I have yet not recieved any amount i have checked with my hdfc bank regarding this matter. They say there has been no refund in your account plus the bank reference number is itself not to be found with HDFC bank. Kindly help me in this issue as i have cancelled my ticket on 23rd Nov 2015 and have yet not recieved any amount.
And please help me with the procedures for filling case in consumer court against goibibo for not returning my payment .
