With reference to current news of jet airways shutting down their operations, i have received an email today morning from jet airways that my flight as per the details below is cancelled and that i should contact the agent for refund. I have been constantly messaging ibibo through mobile app but not getting sufficient response to my queries as it is auto generated. We expect go ibibo to contact us just like jet did and inform us about the cancelled tickets.
They are still shwoing me status as flight on time which is wrong. So i request them to send me updated flight details and procedure for claiming refund.
The flight details and booking reference is attached as photo.
The same happened for a different jet flight booked through mmt for which i already got the complete refund back. Expect the same service from goibibo

Can you explain, how the undefined "others" and unknown "news"
relate to the indefinite your own demads?
