[Resolved] Goibibo.com — Airline ticket booking | |||
I booked a flight that needed to be rescheduled. When asking for options and cost, I was told that reschedule can only be done from the economy class I booked to business class because no economy class ticket was available. I checked their site and noticed that they had economy class tickets available for booking on their site. I asked the customer support personnel why she was not being able to give me economy class options, but she was persistent they were not available. I had requested that she escalate her call to her senior, but she refused to do that also. I travel very frequently nationally and internationally, where I have had to change my booking at times. I have never heard such absurd suggestions and conditions from anyone else. I do not believe this is an airline restriction also, but a problem with goibibo. I would definitely never ever use this site to book anything and will warn any known people of the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
