Goibibo.com — App not working properly because of which i faced loss of my money and customer care executives not helping properly | |||
I tried to book a ticket of 28th july but the mobile app malfunctioned and the ticket got booked for 28th of july.my lot of money got deducted while refund process and when i asked goibibo to give me my money back in my bank account they said it wont be possible.so to get my money back i booked a ticket for my friend.again today i booked a ticket and again the app malfunctioned and again i lost my 2400 rs.i asked goibibo to help me get some money back they did not even returned me their own penalty (excluding the penalty added the airline company ) . last time i got refund of aprox 3295rs as a go cash, but next time even i was not able to use that amount properly.please help me regarding this issue.these companies are making fool to their customers by adding lot of extra charges and penalty.
