Goibibo.com — bus did not arrived on given boarding point

Sir, On 14 jun i have booked AC (singh tour & travel) bus ticket FROM KANPUR TO DELHI through you website . The boarding time was 10:30 but doesn't arrive till 12:00 am . After 12:00am bus is arrived but did not stopped in boarding point(rama devi chawraha as mention in your site) . Later i informed by someone that bus is stopped at somewhere atleast 1km ahead from boarding point and before my arrival at that point bus is already gone . It is totaly irresponsible act even phone is not pickup by travel and they did not contect me after bus arrival. So kindly lookout the matter.
