After few minutes i called again to the number then they gave me another number . When i call to that number they said that bus passed the destination before 8:45 pm . So i am not able to travel in that bus. I booked the bus based on the time, the passengers are not able to adjust their timings and their costomer care service is very bad So i requested to take action against the bus service and to process my cash back
