[Resolved] Goibibo.com — Cancellation refund

This is in reference to 5 bookings (hotel and flight), wherein due to unforseen conditions, we had to cancel the bookings. However, while cancelling ‎the same, I have inadvertently selected 'Refund Go cash', with the understanding that, it was meant for the promotional Go cash I used for booking. I requested ibibo to help on this matter and have the refund back to payment account (credit card). But the same is being refused. The booking details are as below. 24 Dec Hotel - Booking ID HTLG5ACK8K 25 Dec Hotel - Booking ID HTLY38BVZN 26 Dec Hotel - Booking ID HTLFBTE9J6 24-27 Dec Air ticket(PNR UG15XC) - Booking ID G8UG15XC 24-27 Dec Air ticket(PNR 6AOVIB) - Booking ID G86AOVIB ‎The registered email for these are [protected]@gmail.com Registered phone [protected]. I would like to cancel my ibibo account with immediate effect. Hence please process my refund and reverse to payment source. Post this, we can consider that the account is closed.
