This is in reference to 5 bookings (hotel and flight), wherein due to unforseen conditions, we had to cancel the bookings.
However, while cancelling the same, I have inadvertently selected 'Refund Go cash', with the understanding that, it was meant for the promotional Go cash I used for booking.
I requested ibibo to help on this matter and have the refund back to payment account (credit card). But the same is being refused.
