Goibibo.com — Company not making the refund

I had booked a ticket to travel from Chennai to bangalore. This was for 3 passengers. Later I cancelled the ticket for 1 passenger by calling the airlines. the airlines indigo did the cancellation and sent me the cancellation notice. I have attached the refund notice from the airlines. Go ibibo has sent me a mail that there is no refund due to me. Eventhough you show and advise from the airlines for the credit goibibo does not honor the same.
