Goibibo.com — Hotel confirmed but deined checkin, when refund requested, no refund given yet | |||||
On GoIbibo site, I booked my stay at mount abu for 20th Nov to 21st Nov with confirmed booking for hotel good luck residency. My Payment Id: GOHTLDV344ccd[protected] Booking Id: HTL9H7LD8N I had confirmed booking for this. but when i went to hotel, manager told me that its not bookedconfirmed. I talked to GoIbibo customer care executives several times, but there was no proper response and everytime they blaimed hotel manager. I already made payment and got confirmed booking, but didn't get check in. At last, i decided to cancel the booking and get refund for this. Ibibo executive accepted this and ready to pay full refund. Request ID #936860. But still i didn't get any refund yet. now, I am talking to Ibibo executive and every time they say 'you will get confirmation in half an hour'. I am seeking my refund worth rs 850.
