Goibibo.com — i booked 2 tickets but they gave me only one ticket

on ibibo website i booked 2 tickets i fill data for 2 passenger and select 2 traveler but after payment they give me only one ticket . now they dislike to give refund . i am attaching screen shot also that i fill deatil for 2 person and web site showing price of ticket for 2 person
